European School of Languages Cancellation Policy
Tuition balance is due no later than first lesson unless other arrangements have been made.
Students will be admitted on a space available basis after lessons begin.
Cancellation of private classes must be done at least 24 hours prior to lesson. Otherwise, student will be charged.

Any lesson may be rescheduled (but not cancelled) by the group of students or by the instructor of the European School of Languages, with a 24-hour notice given by telephone text message or e-mail.
Registration form required for new students.
The European School of Languages and the instructor commit to rescheduling lessons only in case of illness or emergency. Students may reschedule for other reasons, as long as a group consensus is reached, and sufficient notice given.
Reimbursement for the course fee is not available but a voucher for any class (of the same value as the course you are paying for now) offered by The European School of Languages, starting within one calendar year (365 days) of the cancellation date will be issued. Requests for voucher will be made in writing. Please send the written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Vouchers are not issued for missed classes.
The European School of Languages retains the right to add students with the appropriate language levels to all courses which are not full. Such additions shall not affect the pricing structure.
